PRNEWS.IO is looking for a motivated and driven HR Generalist willing to roll up their sleeves and go above and beyond. In this role, you will be part of a team that is building one of the fastest-growing content marketing platforms.

The HR Specialist reports to board members and plays a key role in the development of the HR department. You will be the first to introduce our platform to talented job seekers and make them members of our growing team. You will be in constant contact with potential candidates and firm employees to facilitate their career development.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of HR experience;
• Fluent in Estonian, English and Russian. Knowledge of other languages is welcome;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Confident organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and selection of personnel.
• Adaptation of staff in the company.
• Development and implementation of staff motivation and incentive system.
• Evaluating staff.
• Training and development.
• Managing staff departure from the company.
• Managing the corporate culture and HR brand.
• HR documentation management and compliance with key aspects of labor legislation.
