What you will do...

• Manage day-to-day operations, including campaign setup, tracking the campaign delivery and monitoring performance.
• Deliver excellent customer service via live chat/email and manage the needs of Adcash customers to optimize their experience with our online advertising  platform.
• Perform quality assurance/quality control checks on client campaigns to ensure that all placements and creatives have been set up correctly.
• Ensure that Adcash brand compliance is followed and consistent throughout all campaigns that are being set up on the network.
  
  

We'd love to meet someone with...

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience
• ability to work 15.00-00.00 (GMT+3) shift that caters to our overseas customers
• experience in online advertising
• positive, enthusiastic and passionate customer-focused attitude
• multitasking skills, diligence as well as strong attention to detail
• a will to keep learning
• versatility to work well as a team member as well as independently
• excellent written and spoken English; other languages are an advantage
