Currently, the company is looking for a Business Area Manager, Service and spare parts.

Your Role:

As the Business Area Manager, you will lead the development of our service and spare parts operation in Estonia including processes and organization but also offering.

You will work with both strategies and operations with the aim to improve customer satisfaction, machine uptime and productivity.

You will ensure that all activities are performed in business wise way and in alignment with policies, directives, procedures and laws. 

Main tasks:

  • Develop and Lead the service and parts organization
  • Continuous improvement of our the Health & Safety
  • Monitor and analyze both market and our own operation - related to competition, business climate, development and changes in demand and behaviours
  • Cooperate with the Swecon team to develop our Service offering.
  • Represent the assigned business area towards Swecon co-operation’s partners and strategic customers 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a leader with abilities to motivate a team and drive changes in a structured and customer-oriented way. You are an analytical thinking person with a commercial awareness how to develop the service offerings and organization.

Required skills and competencies to be successful in this role:

  • Academic education with a focus on Business, Economics or Technology
  • Experience in Service and Organization development for more than 5 years
  • Experience in leading an organization within an international group of companies
  • Knowledge of LEAN would be an advantage
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Analytical and reflective
  • Proficiency in Estonian and English; Russian speaking/understanding would be an advantage

Salary will be determined depending on the selected candidate’s level of experience and competencies. Other benefits are negotiable.
