- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.

Job description
- Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
- Providing IT support for all users in the company.
- Helping newcomers with onboarding (provide computer, help with email account, access to IT systems etc.), help HR with IT "off-boarding" process.
- Providing hardware and software support for desktop computers and other end-user devices like printers and scanners.
