Hurtigruten Estonia OÜ is focused on sales and services of its company's amazing products including a wide range of support functions. In the Tallinn office, we have over 250 employees from over 30 different countries. Hurtigruten is continuously growing, more ships will be operating in new destinations, and markets are growing. Main tasks

  • Receive and make phone calls, e-mails and/or chats and act as the first point of contact for customers
  • Maximize every sales opportunity
  • Focus on quality customer service
  • Provide an effective, polite, friendly and professional service

Hurtigruten has operated in international tourism since its establishment in 1893. The combination of local transport and tourism with its ships on a year-round route along the Norwegian coast creates today's authentic experiences for guests from all over the world.

Hurtigruten's expedition ships offer Expedition voyages to Antarctica, Greenland, Iceland, Spitsbergen, the Americas, Europe and across the Atlantic Ocean. Hurtigruten is also contributing to a new strategy of more responsible and sustainable operations in the cruise industry to leave a smaller footprint in the pristine areas we operate.


  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills (at least C1 level)
  • Customer service experience and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and demonstrate flexibility

Additional information

  • Working time: full-time work based on monthly schedules, opening hours Mon-Fri 09:00 to 18:30 according to schedule.
