Nordic Aviation Group has grown to become the biggest aviation group in Estonia. The Airline is 100% owned by the Republic of Estonia and offers strategic partnership by providing long-term flight services to other European airlines. We have colleagues of over 30 different nationalities and bases in Tallinn (headquarters), Stockholm, Gällivare, Copenhagen, Aarhus, Vilnius and Turku.
The Group is currently operating a fleet of 15 aircraft. In 2022, the airline will expand its fleet to include the Airbus A320.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with posting job ads
- Provide support with sorting and collating incoming applications
- Organising interview schedules and appointments
- Keeping the recruitment database updated
- Attend recruitment fairs and other related events
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition unit with daily tasks
- Other tasks as may be assigned
Requirements and experience:
- Able to use Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional use of English, both spoken and written in combination with strong communication skills
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- A strong interest in recruitment and a willingness to learn
- Experience or interest in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Recruitment or HR Generalist experience is not required but is an added advantage
- A bachelor’s degree, in HR or related field is not required but is an added advantage
