• Take the responsibility for various projects and activities supporting corporate banking customers-related processes and business
• Lead and participate in the projects aimed to deliver on corporate customers' experience, compliance, data quality, product, and service implementation matters
• Cooperate closely with corporate segment, risk, IT, and product area representatives locally and across the Baltics
• Identify process interdependencies, risks and opportunities related to business value realization in corporate banking
• Develop new processes and create action plans, engage relevant stakeholders, and ensure implementation
• Represent Corporate segment needs in internal stakeholders' forums

What is needed in this role:

• University education (social sciences, business management, finance)
• Knowledge in areas of corporate banking, customer service processes, customer data
• Experience working with complex, multi-stakeholder, cross-functional projects, and translating complex frameworks into action plans
• Good cooperational skills with ability to engage colleagues for joint accomplishment of goals
• Ability to scope the project, roles & responsibilities, facilitate and conduct risk assessments, manage project documentation
• Very good English language skills both verbal and written
