What you'll do

You’ll play a critical role in scaling up the organization, as you will be a main point of contact for every new Glianeer. You are going to set people up for success, providing the right tooling and sharing your tech wisdom.

You will be looking after the companies' well-being security-wise, you’ll do that by helping your colleagues navigate through different technical inquiries. An Internal Client Engineer is a master at prioritizing different tasks, is not afraid of a challenge, and faces them with a positive attitude.

A regular day in the life of an Internal Client Engineer at Glia consists of helping fellow Glianeers through any technical questions. Some examples of what you’ll do:

  • In collaboration with our People Operations team, you’ll be helping new people get on board in Glia by providing them with the necessary equipment and provisioning accounts and access
  • From helping to diagnose a laptop hardware issue to helping people get access to new tools, you will collaborate with your colleagues by giving them a helping hand and troubleshoot their technical questions and problems
  • During bigger events in Glia, you’ll be helping out with technical setups and equipment by making sure everything is in order and ready to go
  • You’ll be a first hand consultant, if Glia needs to update any of the equipment. You’ll be helping out by researching and investigating to find the best solution.
