- Design, implement and maintain commoditized Cyber Security infrastructure for all Swedbank employees via Active Directory, Azure AD, Authentication & Authorization;
- Be part of our Scaled Agile journey, using DevSecOps practices to streamline value delivery;
- Combine the power of Cloud and Automation to optimize opportunities to secure identities;
- Work closely with stakeholders and tailor solutions to fit their specific requirements;
- Provide level 3 support for incidents within the team’s responsibility on a rotating basis;

What is needed in this role:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field;
- Solid experience in Directory Services (Microsoft AD, Azure AD, LDAP, Kerberos, SAML2, OAuth);
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills;
- Proficiency in written and oral English;
- Good technical skills, a constant desire to stay on top of technology and a growth mindset;
- Self-leadership skills;
- The ability to find a way independently while remaining committed to collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to reach a common goal;
- An appreciation for the opportunity to learn and develop continuously;
- A desire to work in a cooperative and empowering work culture.
