To support its expansion, Xfly is looking for a Midterm Planner.

• Ensure control of the company crew rosters from 72 hours until end of published period
• Ensure compliance with State Labor Law, union agreements and Company rules; and ensure its consistency in case of modifications;
• Coordinate with associated duties of release of monthly rosters to publication
• Compile data in the scope of crew rosters.
• Suggest and develop procedures for efficient Crew Planning
• Serve as a conduit between crew control, training planning/coordination, long term planning, production, and other relevant departments.
• Any other duties, within the scope of crew planning, as directed by direct manager.

• Very good level of English, both spoken and written in combination with good communications skills
• Must be able to work a flexible
• A clean criminal record is required
