About the role
You will be joining a small team of highly motivated people taking care of accounting and compliance for Xolo's internal group. As your contribution, you will process, store and analyze accounting data and documents, and communicate with the vendors and employees. Due to this, it is important that you have a genuine interest in accounting. You are expected to collaborate closely with the Finance Officer and the rest of our Finance team to achieve the best possible outcome. You will fit our startup-like setting if you are passionate about numbers, treat challenges as interesting puzzles to solve and feel comfortable multitasking in a fast-changing environment.
To excel in this job, we expect
- Sound knowledge of best practices and Accounting laws in Estonia
- Experience in a similar role for around 2 years, preferably a relevant studies to back it up
- Strong sense of accountability, not afraid of responsibility and making your own decisions
- Good communication skills in English and Estonian (both written and spoken)
- Proficient computer user (we appreciate experience with different accounting systems)
- More importantly, you are always open to learning new skills and like experimenting with alternative methods to be efficient in your work
