Your influential mission. You..

• Will provide internal IT support for Playtech employees on site in Tallinn and remotely.
• Will be part of a global team and troubleshoot IT problems globally via a centralized ticket system
• Will prepare and setup (Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X): (re)installing system & software
• Will be communicating with employees to identify problems and advising on the solution
• Will have professional challenges that keep you going

• Have experience in the field of IT as Helpdesk Specialist
• Have a deep interest in computers/ hardware
• Know how to troubleshoot Windows OS,Mac OS client issues, remote connectivity (VPN) problems and have an understanding of computer systems and network basics
• Are initiative and team-oriented
• Have a bright mind and willingness to learn
• Have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Enjoy working in the office every day
