In order to develop the company's activities in Estonia and to make the product lines represented by the company available to the widest possible range of consumers in the Estonian market, the company is looking for a new colleague in Estonia – Key Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Actively develop, sustain partnership and perform negotiations with KA
• Manage day-to-day business activities (monitoring targets, analyzing the market, implementation of different activities, etc.)
• Resolve issues on a daily business basis including customer complaints, overdues etc.
• Attract new clients, review and prepare contracts
• Maintain up-to-date information in databases

Expectations:

• KAM experience, preferably in FMCG industry with retail chains
• Ability to build and maintain an effective relationship with customers
• Negotiation, argumentation and presentation skills
• Sense of responsibility
• Good Excel skills
• Excellent Estonian and good English language skills, Russian language will be a plus
• Driving license; possibility to use personal car (depreciation money and fuel will be compensated by company)
