YOUR COOL ROLE
Coolbet is seeking for positive, service-minded people to work with our Finnish customers. You will be the face of the company for new customers and the champion of the customers within the company. In our team, you will have the potential to learn and do a lot, simply by taking initiative.

COOL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Helping our customers via chat and e-mail.
• Translating shorter texts for campaigns and newsletters.
• Working with other departments to solve customer queries.
• Working shifts (incl. evenings and weekends).

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM A COOL CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST?

• Willing to move to Tallinn, Estonia.
• Excellent Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Service-minded and have a positive attitude.
• Prior work experience is not essential but preferred.
