What will be your daily work in this role:

• Good understanding of Agile way of working (SAFe) and IT governance & processes;
• A desire to build knowledge of Agile ways of working, potentially training in Agile methodologies (if you currently don’t have any such training accreditation);
• Proficient in spoken and written English;
• You have great interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Your passion is leading people;
• Excellent in communication and the ability to set, visualize and motivate towards common goals;
• Collaborative and self-driven;
• Process-minded.
