YOUR COOL ROLE

Coolbet is seeking for positive, service-minded people to work with our Scndinavian customers. You will be the face of the company for new customers and the champion of the customers within the company. In our team, you will have the potential to learn and do a lot, simply by taking initiative.

YOUR COOL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Helping our customers via chat and e-mail.
• Working with other departments to solve customer queries.
• Working shifts (incl. evenings and weekends)

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM A COOL CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST?

• You can legally work within the EU.
• You are willing to move to Tallinn, Estonia.
• Excellent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• You are service-minded and have a positive attitude.
• You feel comfortable behind the keyboard.
• Prior work experience is not essential but preferred.
