Raintree Systems OÜ is hiring a new Technical Writer!
We are looking for an open-minded team player who has a keen eye for details and is eager to learn something new every day. The job is not only about writing new content, but involves so much more – playing around in our software, setting up sample data, taking and editing screenshots, indexing content, and so on.
Your days will be filled with …
- Analyzing technical information to understand a new or updated functionality
- Writing and updating online help for software users
- Drafting and publishing product release notes and technical documents
- Proofreading and suggesting improvements
- Communicating with both the Estonian and the American colleagues
What we require from you …
- Excellent command of English (C2)
- Outstanding writing, editing and communication skills
- Computer skills (e.g., familiarity with Google products, document processing software, image editing)
- Experience in content creation and management
Bonus points for …
- Previous experience as a Technical Writer
- IT background
- Familiarity with DITA
- Knowledge of XML and/or HTML
