Your responsibilities
• Managing the team and appropriately allocating work and assignments to team members.
• Working together with customers and stakeholders, ensuring a positive working relationship with the teams and customers.
• Identifying and initiating the implementation of best practices and process improvements.
• Monitoring accuracy of transaction processing and quality of data. Overseeing the analysis of HR transactions and highlighting the discrepancies for correction.
• Providing regular coaching and training to the team.
• Living Hitachi Energy Leadership Pillars as a leader which means live our vision, work together, deliver promises and develop people.

Your background
• A successful candidate has great willingness to lead or coordinate a team
• Higher education degree in Business Administration/HR or similar field is preferred
• Exposure to people management
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills
• Experience in an international company with matrix organization preferred
• Ability to create an atmosphere of collaboration and trust
• Ability to engage and motivate team members
• Proficiency in English, Swedish and Estonian knowledge preferred
