Join as a Firmware Engineer and be part of developing a variety of HMI (human machine interface) products for different light electric vehicles.

You will be part of a dedicated product team together with a project manager, a product manager, an Electronics- and Mechanical Engineer to create innovative micromobility HMI solutions. Your main focus will be creating firmware for new products and creating new features for existing and support other internal teams regarding those products.

Additionally, you will keep up the good energy in the teams, finding creative ways to boost Kõu Mobility's values and culture. For example, you get to organise memorable team events and fun activities related to all kinds of celebrations such as birthdays or work anniversaries.

You will make sure your code works the best way possible, for that you are fully capable of testing your own code against requirements and will help improve current testing procedures.

To succeed in this role you should have experience in writing code in C, and have experience with 32-bit ARM Cortex-M series microcontrollers and embedded systems. For testing your code, you should be familiar with electronics and have basic knowledge of common communication protocols (CAN, UART, SPI, I2C). In addition, it would be awesome if you have experience with devices that use Bluetooth, Bluetooth mesh or ANT+ or experience working with Nordic and STM microcontrollers. Knowing scripting languages like Python is a plus! Same with previous experience in working with Real Time Operating Systems or multithreaded environments in embedded applications.
