• Will ensure the stability and optimisation of our mission-critical ITSM solution - ServiceNow
• Will work with diverse teams across our branches in Europe
• Will deliver advanced information solutions intended to streamline service processes and increase the productivity of Playtech employees
• Will cover coordination between stakeholders, as well as take a significant part in technical implementations

Your unlimited powers. You...

• Have experience in administration of the ServiceNow platform or alternative ITSM solutions (3+ years)
• Have a good spoken and written English
• Are able to research and evaluate new technologies and solutions
• Are a quick learner and technical problems solver
• Possess strong communication and planning skills as well as ability to work independently
• Have good interpersonal skills 

You'll get extra points for…

• ServiceNow certifications
• Experience with the Domain Separation in ServiceNow
• Experience in scripting (JavaScript, Groovy)
