REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working with data and reporting using Excel or Google sheets.
- Experience in developing offers.
- Understanding of how to hunt for new partners and improve sales.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
- Knowledge of the Internet advertising industry concepts and terms.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in affiliate marketing is an advantage.

- The nordic language is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor the status and performance of partner deals and make changes as needed.
- Performance reporting.
- Cooperate with the Finance team and partners to ensure timely payments.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to understand their needs and business priorities.
- Coordinate internally to address partners' current and future needs accurately and promptly.
- Hunt for new partners
- Continuously develop strategies for more interesting offers
- On a per-need basis, meet with partners to discuss their needs and assess our relationship.
- Provide insight and market needs internally to assist with product development.
