Production Development Lead

• Have E2E responsibility of the production technological setup and it’s shaping;
• Drive the FA technology innovation;
• Gather, analyze and help define business and technical requirements;
• Facilitate requirements prioritization between all stakeholders in order to get the optimal outcome;
• Evaluate “as-is” vs “to-be” benefits taking a data-driven approach; via creating and evaluating different what-if scenarios;
• Create, own, and execute a production line’s technology development roadmap;
• Work in an agile environment and continuously outline milestones and deliverables, identify opportunities and risks, and set and keep track of OKRs;
• Lead the production development team.

• Higher education in the field of engineering and a relevant work experience;
• A good business-oriented mindset with the ability to understand customers challenges and help them refine them to functional features;
• Strong technical background, understanding of product development, manufacturing technology and supply chain related fundamentals;
• Courage to stand-up to various leadership levels protecting agreed upon deliverables, priorities and timelines;
• The skill of breaking down high-level functional and business requirements to actionable items for the development team;
• The ability to quickly adapt to changing business requirements;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment;
• A “can-do” attitude with a collaborative mindset;
