We are looking for a customer support specialist with English and other languages with strong communication skills and excellent organisational skills. Answer to incoming requests from customers via live chat;
Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features;
Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions;
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved;
Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.

Intermediate+ level of English and Portuguese or Spanish or Russian;
Work experience in support;
Excellent communication skills;
Strong teamwork skills;
Excellent PC skills;
Keep attention to detail;
Multi-tasking abilities.

Ability to quickly and efficiently solve tasks;
Independence, responsibility, initiative, and keep attention to detail;
A flexible and systematic approach to solving complex problems;
Experience in sports betting/gambling industry is a plus;
Knowledge of other foreign languages.
