We are looking for a talented and passionate person to join our team in Tallinn, Estonia, as a

SALES PROJECT MANAGER
dealing with the UK and worldwide clients

The role of the Sales Project Manager is to smoothly manage a response to a Request for Quotation from our UK B2B clients and ensure that the solution proposed is complete and appropriate and results in the converted lead.

The office is in Tallinn, Estonia, and clients are in the UK or around the world.

The job of the Sales Project Manager is to

convert leads from our online marketing into sales and accounts
participate in the lead generation planning
find out the needs of each B2B client
forward gathered information to our design and production specialists
come up (helped by our team) with the best solutions to match the needs of our clients
calculate the price estimates
place design and production orders to our jewellery workshop or our partners (other designers, manufacturing companies etc.)
communicate with all the partners that participate in the projects
ensure that all possible has been done to meet the deadlines
manage the accounts and keep in touch with the clients

Skills we are looking for:

previous experience in sales and project management
ability to close sales and convert leads into accounts
excellent communication skills, both orally and written
near-native / fluent English, preferably a native speaker
organized, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
