As a Manager of Order Management and Planning, you will:
• Ensure THW Supply representation in global Test & Supply foras
• Be responsible for THW Order Management & Planning team performance, competence and dimensioning
• Support, coach, mentor the team, use best practices of situational leadership
• Enable proper driving of global forecasting process and visibility for THW Supply products
• Develop and ensure strategy execution, define and own correspondent KPIs & OKRs
• Ensure that team’s processes & instructions are up to date
As a Manager of Order Management and Planning, you will:
• Higher education in technical or business field
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Understanding of supply processes and organization, preferably at Ericsson
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Proactive & can-do attitude
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong managerial and leadership skills
