Join Supply Chain Management department as a Process Improvement Manager and be part of our success story by increasing process efficiency in all SCM areas from procurement of components over planning production, warehouse operations to finished goods distribution.

As a Process Improvement Manager, you will:

• Work with process improvement activities within Supply Chain Management
• Initiate, plan and execute improvement projects
• Manage project backlog and provide an active role in mitigating impediments
• Cooperate with relevant stakeholders
• Implement improvements in the line organization and lead change
• Support VBA software developments in SCM by maintaining existing VBA excel tools and working on new developments

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• University degree and 2 years’ experience in process development or project management
• Curiosity, openness for challenges and a solution-oriented mindset
• Drive for change and persistency
• Strong communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Change management skills would be a plus
• VBA programming skills on intermediate level
