About the job
We are looking for a Partnership Marketing Project Manager to ensure a positive experience for our Partners in Estonia – from joining Stebby to selling, marketing and communicating services to our users and broader audience. This position plays a key role in creating a well-known and visible brand with a positive image for Stebby, which our Partners see as a potential sales-increasing output with a significant customer base and a marketing channel. You will be able to communicate with a wide range of service providers in the wellness sector and use the Stebby platform and external channels for marketing them to the target audience. This role is a mixture of Sales and Marketing fields with the ability to make the best out of both.
What you will do
- Manage proactive communication, cooperation and partnership with our Partners.
- Launch marketing and sales campaigns with Partners.
- Prepare a marketing plan for Partners and follow it hands-on (incl. advertising and event marketing).
- Bring out, manage and grow the value of Stebby GOLD package by assisting our biggest Partners with promotions, campaigns and other ad hoc.
- Coordinate content creation among Partners and our in-house team.
- Help the sales team grow number of Partners by increasing awareness of the existence, use and possibilities of Stebby.
- Promote newly joined Partners actively via our internal channels.
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of previous experience in marketing, sales and/or business development.
- Previous track record in driving projects or launching new ones. You should have owned something from start to finish.
- Outgoing person, exceptional in organizing and coordinating.
- Ability to work independently and strong work ethic.
- Passion and enthusiasm to get things done.
- Willingness to grow together with Stebby. We are constantly changing, so your job responsibilities will evolve.
- Excellent Estonian and English skills.
