Legal Assistant

Rozert OÜ is a successful iGaming product-based software company, with offices in numerous countries, now looking for a Legal Assistant based in Tallinn.

Identifying and keeping track of legal areas that needs to be managed as part of the integration work between primarily group global businesses;
Be the main point of contact in the Legal team in relation to requests for assistance coming from internal stakeholders who are outside of the Estonian organisation;
Being responsible for the group KYB processes and due diligence process;
Supporting the Legal team´s lawyers with communication with internal and external communication.

You have experience in dealing with KYC process.
You preferably have experience from a commercial agreement or transaction-focused team where you have gained project management skills and learned to manage complex contracts with an international context; experience from general corporate law, and/or IT and outsourcing is also meriting. However, your passion for learning and taking on new challenges can easily compensate for limited experience in the aforementioned areas.
You have a positive and humble attitude and have very good cooperation and communications skills.
You should be a real team player.
