Internal Communication Specialist

We are looking for an Internal Communication Specialist to enhance our organization’s communication flow, engagement, and culture in a way it fits for purpose and different internal stakeholders. What you will do:
Create impactful content in various formats including text, graphics, and video, for different target groups across our channels
Continuously update official internal communications channels (EE SharePoint, tv-screens, information boards)
Collaborate in organizing internal events, and engagement campaigns & help host visitors

You will bring:
Passion for communications and employee engagement
Strong skills in creating visual content and copy and the ability to design communication solutions supporting business needs and strategy
Strong collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to think independently, strategically and with the solution-orientated approach
Structured and efficient way of working, good planning & prioritization skills
Readiness to work in a matrix organization with different stakeholders and a broad variety of responsibilities
2+ years of relevant experience in communications
University degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent
Fluency in English, both written and spoken (minimum C1). Estonian and Russian are highly beneficial
Excellent skills in Microsoft365, especially SharePoint, Teams
