We are looking for a technical support specialist with Russian and English language skills who will join our team in Tallinn, Estonia. Your main role will be to help our customer support team to deal with the complicated technical issues of our clients. What to do:
Answer to incoming requests from customer support team colleagues;
Identifying customer issues and helping customers support with those issues resolution;
Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions;
Jumping into active requests from customers via live chat to solve issues and following up to ensure the issues are resolved;
Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Development, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Experience & Skills:
Upper-Intermediate level of Russian and English;
Advanced PC or Mac skills, readiness to learn new stuff by yourself;
Work experience in support is a plus;
Software development skills is a plus;
Excellent communication skills;
Strong teamwork skills;
Multi-tasking, but keeping attention to detail;
Readiness to work in the evening and night shifts, and on the weekends.
Ability to quickly and efficiently solve tasks;
Independence, responsibility, initiative, and keep attention to detail;
A flexible and systematic approach to solving complex problems;
Experience in the sports betting/gambling industry is a plus.
