About the job
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Lead who owns the sales operations in Estonia. You will be a key member of our ambitious team to fast-track Stebby’s growth. You will be responsible for leading the Estonian sales team, and you will manage and support activities across all stages of the sales process for B2B Clients and Wellness Partners.
Location: flexible, although Tartu (HQ) preferred.
What you will do
- Lead, develop and grow the Estonian sales team of 3 smart, engaged and hardworking people.
- Develop, monitor, and adjust sales strategies and processes.
- Be a playing coach - if necessary go to meetings, help the team with negotiations, contracts, etc.
- Plan and organize team´s work, conduct 1on1s, performance reviews, daily calls and team meetings.
- Align and closely collaborate with other teams (mainly marketing, product, and customer support).
- Analyze data into actionable next steps.
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of hands on experience in Sales and/or Customer Relations, experience leading small team would be a big plus.
- Proactive peoples person and a team-player.
- An analytical thinker who loves to solve problems.
- A sense of ownership, ability to work independently and decent work ethic.
- Ability to successfully and efficiently manage a wide variety of relationships.
- Willingness to grow together with Stebby - potentially growing into Head of Clients in the future.
- Excellent Estonian and English skills with strong presentation and communication skills.
