YOUR COOL ROLE
The Payments Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all PSP-related matters with various departments in Coolbet, as well as optimizing Coolbet’s payments platform and the reconciliation process of the Payments Product Team.

COOL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working mainly with Excel/reports (reconciliation, deposit acceptance rate monitoring/optimization, PSP balances, etc.).
• Being the main point of contact for PSPs (contracts, leads, due diligence, new features, day-to-day issues, etc.).
• Being responsible for coordinating/testing/following up payments-related development tasks with our IT team, internal stakeholders, and PSPs.
• Working on weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports requested by the Services Department.
• Finding ways to improve processes and operations.
• Raising concerns of potential risks to the overall business.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM A COOL PAYMENTS COORDINATOR?

• Previous experience in a similar role - preferably in the financial or analytics field.
• Very strong Excel skills for analyzing fees, acceptance rates, reconciliation, etc.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Personal characteristics:
  excellent communication skills with external and internal partners;
  well organized, good at problem-solving and multitasking;
  able to take initiative and handle stress, able to work individually.
