Operational Efficiency department is looking for a Manager of Process Management! In that position, you are responsible for Process Management seamless execution in Supply Site Tallinn with day to day operations, bringing in agility in ways of working to adopt for changes in Business environment, yet full focus on Ericsson Business Process rules, system requirements and compliance

As a Manager of Process Management, you will:
● Enable prerequisites for an efficient and seamless deliverables of process and master data teams
● Ensure Ericsson Business Process local execution governance model, processes are mapped with E2E business flows
● Ensure global alignment, synergies and partnership
● Facilitate process related visualization, benchmarking, use of best practices
● Enable digital transformation of Process Management
● Set Department Targets and OKR-s supporting operational and strategic goals of Ericsson Supply
● Enable highly motivated & high-performing team and help people to grow and continously upskiill for existing and future needs
● Create a healthy team culture with focus on Business impact and deliverables

In this role, it is important you have:
