What is needed in this role:

  • Passion for the Learning & Development area and understanding its importance to support implementation of business strategies and transformation to future proof the workforce.
  • Demonstrated experience of running projects as a project manager, preferably in an international environment (experience in a banking sector or a large corporation would be advantage).
  • Experience of working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ambitious and eagerness to learn new things and continuously develop yourself.
  • Strong communications and negotiation skills and business oriented thinking.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbally.
