- Responsibility, implementation, monitoring and optimisation of all relevant
OnSite marketing measures - Continuous performance measurement with preparation and presentation
of reports as well as the derivation of optimisation measures - Maintenance and conversion optimisation along the entire customer journey
- Establishment and further development of personalisation and individualisation measures in the shop
- Regular observation of the market, trends and competition, as well as reviewing
new developments for feasibility - Measurement and ongoing optimisation of page use and its improvement (e.g. navigation, check-out, etc.) improvement (e.g. navigation, check-out, shopping cart)
- Close cooperation with Marketing & Sales
REQUIEREMENTS
- Excellent English language skills in speaking, writing and understanding requiered, German language skills would be a bonus
- A degree in business administration or a comparable commercial training in the field of e-commerce / marketing, successfully completed
- Career changer with professional experience in a similar position, ideally with an e-commerce company
- Experience with on-site optimisation and corresponding tools (ideally trbo)
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is advantageous
- Your heart beats for the online and marketing world and you are always up to date with the latest trends and opportunities
- You are able to think in a performance-oriented way and have analytical skills
- You have a structured approach and are confident in dealing with figures and reporting
- You keep a cool head in hectic situations
- You work independently, take responsibility and act proactively, to achieve your goals
