YOUR COOL ROLE

You will be the face of the company for new customers and the champion of the customers within the company.

COOL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Helping our customers via chat and e-mail.
• Working with other departments to solve customer queries.
• Working shifts (incl. evenings and weekends)

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM A COOL CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST?

• You are willing to move to Tallinn, Estonia.
• Excellent Norwegian or Swedish and English language, both written and spoken.
• You are service-minded and have a positive attitude.
• You feel comfortable behind the keyboard.
• Prior work experience is not essential but preferred.
