Operations Analyst
Nordic Aviation Group (Nordica and Xfly) is one of the biggest capacity providers in Europe, focused on long-term ACMI contracts with Major European airlines, it has recently expanded its fleet to include the Airbus 320.
To support its expansion, Nordica Aviation Group is recruiting an Operations Analyst. This position is full time, permanent and based in the Tallinn, Estonia headquarters.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ownership of Crew data and data integrity
- Management and curation of the Xfly Crew Resource Plan
- Production of Crew performance metrics including (but not limited to) analysis of: Crew headcount, Crew pairings, Crew rosters, Crew productivity, Crew Standby requirements, Holiday planning thresholds
- Liaison with the Crew Training Planning team to ensure Crew pipeline data is maintained and available to inform the Crew Resource planning model
- Production and curation of operational data models
Requirements
- Essential: Highly numerate and able to build working models to compute crew requirements and analyze crew performance
- Essential: Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Desirable: Experience using Power Bi, Tableau, SQL
- Desirable: Prior experience in an Analysis or Financial planning role
- Desirable: Prior experience in an Operations analysis role
- Desirable: Experience working with performance data
