Compliance Engineer

Kõu Mobility Group is looking for a Compliance Engineer to join the team. As Compliance Engineer you will build up the product certification process. You will get to create, implement, monitor, and take responsibility for conducting the certification process. This includes being up to date and informing the development of new certification requirements (mainly EU and the USA). Day-to-day, you will work closely with the Quality Manager, Product Managers, and development team to ensure that all the necessary requirements are met.

Your work involves introducing and maintaining Comodule's internal standard test system and validating product quality through them in mass production. In addition, you will be responsible for product requirements and how the product fulfills the demands required for marketing.

We expect you to have at least 2 years of prior work experience in engineering and in the full product development cycle. A project management skill from a manufacturing company is an added bonus. To succeed in this role you should have experience in specifying product technical requirements and validation (EMC, IP, safety, etc) and you are familiar with product risk analysis FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis), FTA (Failure Tree Analysis), etc.

You should have good communication skills in addition to fluency in verbal and written English. Collaborating effectively with different in-house teams and nationalities is like second nature to you, but you are also able to solve problems autonomously while being transparent about your progress.
