The Senior Technical Recruiter role includes 3 missions:

1. To be a Business Partner for the Hiring Manager. Assist in making effective decisions related to team building, working closely with the dedicated People Partner.

2. To be the leader of the full-cycle recruitment process, to be responsible for each stage and the final result. Equally qualitatively involved in the formation of strategy, sourcing, evaluation of candidates, final negotiations etc.

3. To be a driver and implementer of projects that increase the efficiency of recruitment processes.


✍️ Your daily tasks will be
  •  Partnering with hiring managers to define the most effective hiring strategies;
  • You will be reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, and you will work closely on talent acquisition strategy for technical recruitments;
  • Lead the execution of creative sourcing strategies to achieve monthly, and quarterly goals;
  • Encourage a world-class, diverse international talent pipeline;
  • Provide an amazing recruiting experience for the candidates with attentive process management and empathetic communication;
  • Drive recruitment process beyond any obstacles and deliver on time hirings;
  • Ensure that candidates are aligned with our values and culture;
  • Work with our hiring tools and systems to safeguard the consistency of the process;
  • Approach candidates overseas to the targeted location and build a talent pool ready to consider relocation options, be able to explain and sell advantages of working abroad, based on the targeted location’s specifics.

    ✔️ What we expect from you
    • 2-3+ years of experience in technical recruitment with 1 year of international recruitment in Startups/Fast-Growing companies;
    • Good sourcing experience in using traditional and non-traditional sources such as databases, networks, job boards, social media, Google X-Ray search, Linkedin search, online forums, blogs, etc.;
    • Deep understanding of talent acquisition process and creative approach to define needed tactics to achieve the results;
    • Very good communication skills and interaction with people;
    • Have exceptional stakeholders expectation management skills;
    • Highly organized and data-oriented;
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
    • Result-oriented and sensitive to business needs;
    • Empathetic, focused on people; eager to go the extra mile to deliver results and ensure needs are met;
    • Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize multiple tasks.
