Domain Architect for Organization Master Data

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Work in the Master Data Management (MDM) Value Stream and be responsible for building up the Organization Master Data domain for Swedbank Group
• Capture AS IS architectural landscape, identify gaps and define a target architecture for the domain in line with the strategic direction
• Keep the holistic view of a domain, i.e. to have an oversight and understanding of the solutions within, or impacting, the domain
• Drive great IT Solutions & governance in close cooperation with many different Business Areas in Swedbank Group
• Pro-actively identify improvement opportunities to further support the needs of architectural enablers
• Make a real difference by offering a consistent and correct view of Company Legal & Internal Organization Structures data available for easy use and integration
• Work in a very interesting and diversified area. Our IT solutions are critical base for many applications within Swedbank and the work will involve contacts with many other areas and people within the bank, as we are responsible for Party, Product, Agreement and Organization master data governance, continuous data quality improvement and data streaming for Swedbank Group. You will work closely with Head Architect and other Domain architects within the same team.
• Play a key role in Swedbank’s ambition to enable a sound and sustainable financial development, not only for our customers but also for the society in general!

• You are able to think in a wider context, relate Organization data to Employee and Finance Master Data and see the connections to various supporting processes;
• You excel in models, methods and tools used within architecture work;
• You have experience with different platforms and good knowledge of technology trends in the financial sector
