Test Technology, Test Development department is looking for an Agile Lead with can-do attitude and team-player mindset!

As an Agile Lead you will be:
• Guiding the teams and organization on the use of Agile practices and frameworks
• Guiding the teams on how to self-manage
• Assessing the Agile Maturity of the teams and organization and coaching them to higher levels of maturity
• Removing impediments or guiding the teams on how to remove impediments
• Building a trusted and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution or being judged, with an emphasis on problem solving
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
• Supporting and educating the Product Owners, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog
• Collaborating with other agile leads to contribute to strategic OKRs and improve Agile WoW and practices in Radio PIM Estonia

To succeed in this role you should have:
• Good understanding of Agile Mindset and experience working with multiple teams
• Very good understanding of Scrum and Kanban
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Very good English language skills

Preferred skills/experience (any of these is a plus):
• Scrum Master certification
• Previous experience as Scrum Master or Agile Lead
• Project Management experience
• Experience using JIRA and Hansoft
