PAYMENTS RELATIONSHIP COORDINATOR

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM A COOL RESPONSIBLE GAMING MANAGER?

• At least 1-year of iGaming experience related to payment provider relations.
• Comfortable and confident behind a computer.
• Good Excel skills for doing analysis of fees, acceptance rates, etc.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Personal characteristics:
  excellent communication skills;
  well organized;
  able to take initiative and handle stress;
  good at problem-solving and multitasking;
  able to work individually.

YOUR COOL ROLE

You will be responsible for finding and onboarding new payment providers as well as helping to manage the relationship with existing providers.

YOUR COOL TASKS WILL BE

• Responsible for finding new PSPs, assessing their feasibility for Coolbet, and then onboarding them. 
• The assessment includes: testing the solutions, analyzing the fees, and benchmarking competitors. 
• The onboarding includes: sorting out the contract and due diligence with the legal team, sorting out integration requirements with the product owner and sorting out settlements and fees with the finance team.
• Being the main point of contact for PSPs for contractual changes, due diligence requests, and new market and product discussions.
• Working on weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports requested by the Services Department.
• Finding ways to improve processes and operations.
• Raising concerns of potential risks to the overall business.
