The perfect candidate

Main requirements
- Previous experience in support, preferable within the finance industry
- Experience with support ticketing systems and CRM tool (e.g. Jira, OTRS, Freshdesk, Zendesk etc.)
- Good PC user skills
- Dedicated, communicative and service- and solution-oriented personality, keen perception
- Ability to work independently and reliably, resilience even during hectic periods
- High affinity for digital topics
- Very good oral and written English
- Proactive team player with the ability to work independently;

It would be awesome if you also had this:
- Experience or interest in crypto currencies and blockchain technology
- Additional language skills like Spanish, German or Italian are a plus

About the position
As our new Customer Service Agent, you will be part of the Customer Service team in Tallinn, Estonia. The position is crucial to supporting our mission to make the financial markets accessible to everyone. Here are some of the tasks and challenges you will tackle:

- Dealing with and resolving challenging support cases from end customers (B2C), points of sale and points of acceptance (B2B) via email and chats
- Assisting in the continuous improvement of our support organization
- Collaborating with internal and external organizational units (e.g. Compliance, Account Management, Product Management etc.)
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
