We are looking for a strategic partner for our management:

HEAD OF PEOPLE AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS

who will help Net Group undertake new challenges and whose work will result in carrying out the following changes:

- the managers of current lines of business and product companies will receive better support for growth in terms of the number of people, the geographical aspect, and the value proposal;

- the satisfaction of employees with the employer will increase, as well as their commitment throughout their entire life cycle;

- in-house personnel services supporting business and in-house communication have been well executed;

- Net Group is an attractive employer and reinforcing the brand of the employer has been consistently ensured.

Candidates will benefit from:

- experience in international business operations and comprehension of their complexity;

- experience with strategic management in the field of personnel and implementation of engagement strategies for employees;

- experience in growing organisations;

- background as a leader of results-oriented units;

- excellent ability of achieving contact with people and cooperating with them;

- great communication skills in Estonian and English;

- the desire and experience to act as a leader.
