Description

As our new Paid Marketing Manager, you will be part of the marketing team which is primarily based in Tallinn, Estonia (as well as remote). You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing paid advertising and growth strategies. The correct person will be goal-oriented & a problem solver, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy
  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels such as the Meta ad platform, Google ads, Twitter ads, Apple search ads and new paid media channels
  • Come up with innovative paid media campaigns, with a focus on industry-leading customer acquisition costs
  • Managing marketing budget and optimizing spend and performance based on data-driven insights
  • Build financial forecasts and projections that relate to the cost and return on investment
  • Control and optimize the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess them against our goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Utilize their strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience in order to increase conversion rates of desired user behaviors through experimentation (e.g A/B testing)
  • Providing useful data and reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Work closely with the head of marketing and marketing team

Requirement

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
  • High self-drive to independently provide solutions and come up with new campaigns & initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to define hypotheses measure performance and articulate results from data to make intelligent decisions and inform strategy across the company.
  • Data-driven mindset with a great understanding of main metrics such as LTV, CAC, engagement rates and conversion rates
  • Advance knowledge and practical knowledge of Meta ads
  • Practical knowledge of Google search ads and Google display network
  • Basic knowledge of Twitter ads
  • Familiar with the restrictions on Crypto advertising and finding creative solutions
  • At least one major accomplishment to show, and a desire to do something notable at the next stage of your career
  • Proven track record in interpreting data and extracting actionable insights to shape the paid media strategy
  • Advanced knowledge optimizing funnels and A/B testing tools and methods
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in growth and marketing
