Cabin Services Coordinator

Xfly is one of the biggest capacity providers in Europe, focused on long-term ACMI contracts with Major European airlines. Xfly operates a fast-growing fleet of modern CRJ900 and ATR72-600 aircraft for long term ACMI operations. To support its expansion, Xfly is looking for a Cabin Services Coordinator.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of all Cabin Services activities, including but not limited to: Operations, Recruitment, Onboarding and Service Delivery
  • Coordinate internal and external recruitment processes for all cabin related recruitment
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on cabin crew recruitment and other related administrative support services
  • Liaise with crewing partners in the screening of external candidates
  • Collect and screen applications for internal positions
  • Organize recruitment days
  • Ensure efficient collation and archiving of documentation, files, and records, as it relates to recruitment.
  • Own the Cabin Recruitment Process Guidelines and update in Coordination with Head of Cabin Services and HR.
  • Organize Department and Base Meetings, record minutes and distribute.
  • Assist Manager Service Delivery and Manager Cabin Safety with various duties such as crew meal coordination, service reports and other service-related tasks.
  • Track and follow up CCM feedback
  • Coordination of Base Supervisors regarding base topics and rostering needs


  • English language proficiency, both spoken and written, including effective communications skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Strong planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in the use of MS Office Suite (Excel, Teams, etc.)
