SENIOR CONTENT SPECIALIST

We are looking for a
SENIOR CONTENT SPECIALIST
to join our Digital Content Team in Tartu, Estonia 

As a technically savvy specialist, you will produce, manage and publish tactical, visually engaging and user-friendly content on different Finnair’s digital touchpoints. Also collaborate with cross-functional teams in Tartu and Helsinki.  

You will work in our content management systems to produce and maintain content on Finnair's different websites, mostly on finnair.com. Also set standards, implement best practices and develop processes to ensure the continuous improvement of content production and CMS functionalities for content producers. We expect you to own the technical content production area and offer support to different parties to ensure high-quality and consistent content production over Finnair’s websites and possible other digital touchpoints.

Main responsibilities:
• Produce, manage and publish tactical, visually engaging and user-friendly content in line with the Finnair brand guidelines
• Use content management system (CoreMedia) to maintain content for different Finnair’s digital touchpoints
• Build, update and localize web content according to stakeholders needs
• Investigate technically demanding tasks and resolve issues/errors that were identified during different stages of content production
• Develop ways of working, set standards and implement best practices to ensure high-quality content production and maintenance processes
• Participate in technical development squad’s work with developers to develop the content management system and ensure the documentation and sharing of information
• Test content updates and new layout functionalities to make sure created digital solutions work as they should from visual, usability and performance point of view
• Document and keep content production guidelines up to date
• Support and train CMS users

You will succeed if you have:
• Experience in working with content management systems, preferably 3-5 years
• Higher education or university degree in a relevant field
• Technical, detail-oriented and proactive mind-set
• Strong self-leadership skills and systematic approach to work
• Will to learn, to work in remote teams and in a multi-cultural environment
• Fluency in English

It will be considered as an advantage to have experience in working with digital services' development, digital design or marketing.
