In order to strengthen Dahua business in Baltics the company is looking for a Sales Project Manager.


Job description:

• Review, manage and expand database of Dahua partner accounts – System Integrators and Installers across Baltics
• Maintain and expand relationships with assigned channel partners by establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
• Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, marketing and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
• Perform frequent business trips within Baltic States in order to establish and maintain partner accounts
• Proactively promote company products and solutions to partner accounts and generate new leads
• Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements


Job requirements:

• Technical education is preferred
• Previous experience from CCTV or IT related industry
• Strong sales skills including thorough knowledge of the sales process and strategic techniques to achieve objectives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good English is must, Russian is preferred
• Team-player and self-motivated
