About this opportunity
Know Your Customer (KYC) standards and related procedures are designed to protect Nordea, its customers and society at large against financial crime, such as fraud, corruption, money laundering and terrorist financing. The KYC Services unit performs amongst other activities customer classification and due diligence for all types of customers in the bank.
Regulatory demands are constantly increasing in the Financial Crime area, and KYC Services is looking for a Business Support Officer to contribute to the journey.
You´ll be working closely with the leaderships teams and supporting them by:
-Calendar management for Head of KYC Services
-Facilitating and supporting leadership meeting structure by preparing the agendas and material needed to execute efficient and value-adding meetings,
-Scheduling and coordinating leadership meetings, following up on decisions and actions and handling to ensure action/ implementation,
-Delivering high quality communication material to external and internal stakeholders via various channels (townhalls, intranet, yammer, LinkedIn and similar),
-Working closely with management teams to coordinate a wide range of ad hoc and administrative tasks,
-Running co-ordination and implementation of various initiatives to ensure action and follow up
-Acting as a point of entry for support functions (i.e people, learning and similar),
-Representing the unit with a service minded and professional attitude to maintain a strong reputation among both external and internal stakeholders.

-Are very structured and motivated by planning and organising
-Are analytical and Excel and PowerPoint professional user (and interested in becoming a super-user)
-Are a strong communicator – both written and spoken communication
-Have an eye for presentable materials and solutions
-Have focus on quality and high attention to detail
-Have a passion for problem solving and a proactive can-do attitude
-Are self-driven, but also enjoy making your contributions for the good of a team
-Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines
-Have high integrity and can handle confidential information
-Have superior level in both oral and written English
