In this role, you get to place purchase orders for all materials for our company and communicate with internal and external customers to ensure timely delivery. Along with that, you will be updating purchasing information in systems: lead times, supplier info, pricing information, MOQ&MPQ info, delivery terms, and payment terms.

You will be analysing invoices to ensure the accuracy of goods delivered, manage purchasing order confirmation and deliver a follow-up to ensure on-time arrival of shipments. You will manage incoming and outgoing logistics and take care of stock movements between various manufacturing sites. You are escalating delivery issues inside Comodule, creating new Component Codes and reclamations to Suppliers. 

You will be a great addition to our team if you have previous experience in a similar position for at least 2 years. We expect you to have basic knowledge of logistics/customs and intermediate Excel level. This role requires you to be fluent in English, which is our working language. You will need to have a B-category driving license.

Comodule is making more people enjoy riding an electric bicycle or kick scooter. We are developing IoT solutions for shared mobility operators and bicycle manufacturers to reduce global environmental pollution and traffic congestion. Since 2014 Comodule has connected over 450,000 light electric vehicles to the internet and has helped to launch shared fleets in 60 cities around the globe.

In spring 2020 we launched our own in-house developed and assembled kick-scooters and a fleet called Tuul. Tuul is the only kick-scooter fleet operations company with full control over its development, production, and service management.

In spring 2021 we launched Äike, an end-consumer brand, which vision starts with our promise to create the world’s most durable & rider-friendly e-scooter without abusing the planet’s resources in the process – something we can proudly say we have already achieved but will keep improving!
